Gentle Yoga –  Join instructor Jeanette Richetti to learn some gentle yoga poses which can be modified with the use of a chair as needed.  Yoga can give you more flexibility and stability, physical and mental strength, increased energy, improved memory and clarity, better concentration, improved overall health and a sense of inner peace.  Chair yoga is also useful to prevent falls by building strength and a better sense of balance.  Open to everyone regardless of experience or ability.
Tuesdays, January 7-28 @ 6:45 PM.  There is a $12 per class fee.  You do not need to attend every class.  Registration begins, Monday, December 16.
