We will show you how to find documents that are available online using free and subscription databases and places to do on-site research. Information will be provided about local genealogy groups on Long Island including ethnic research such as German, Irish, Italian and Jewish where you can meet with other people researching their ancestors, attend lectures and programs and exploring this fascinating hobby. Charts and handouts will be provided that are helpful for all levels of research. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session where you will have the opportunity to ask the presenters questions.
